I know Upgradeless is there, but they still use other guns, (maybe I'm also crazy because I can't find it, but one of the mods wanted to know if Low% would even be possible.) I did a run of that to see for myself, did accidentally upgrade my speed twice in the final fight, but that ended up doing more harm than good since I had less scrap to repair my train lol.

Right at the end of the chapter, the elevator completely breaks and I can't progress. I'd really like to know what's happening here.
