IGT up-to-date with Practice / Fast Lap, and all 50 tracks!
I've chosen not to include the Archived categories, for hopefully obvious reasons. All version numbers seem to be included here, so I've allowed them all to remain on IGT as well.
I plan to adjust or remove the "overall" leaderboard, it feels like comparing apples to airplanes. I've never heard of Cyberscore, I'll have to do some research. I'll take a look at the decimal issue, adding this game basically doubled the number of runs my site processes, so plenty of examples to work with! Thanks Carter & Wolf.
Hello there! I'm Matty, the developer of ingametime.com, a website that pulls runs from SRC and ranks players by their IL times.
I've gone ahead and added NWC:NES to the site, as I felt it was a great fit for showcasing skills across all games included.
https://www.ingametime.com/leaderboard/nwcnes
It originated as a way to points-rank the various variants of GoldenEye, but I've always wanted it to cover other series as well. It (mostly) maintains itself, periodically collecting data from SRC to populate the leaderboard.
What do you think? Let me know! Thanks.

Bug fixed, enjoy boards for each machine. As far as overall leaderboard, I'll have to find time & code that. :)
I promise I have your runs zewing! There's a bug with the leaderboard switcher atm.
Great question, looks like my code fix didn't completely solve the issue I was having. Zewing is a Fire Stingray runner, and the board is stuck on the Blue Falcon leaderboard.
I currently don't have a way to combine the 4 machines into a full board (60 entries per player effectively), but I'm working to optionally have that work per game. (Some games wouldn't want mixed variables in an overall leaderboard)

I've gone ahead and added F-Zero 99 to the site, as I felt it was a great fit for the points-chasers out there. 😉

SRC doesn't support this, so I've built a website to facilitate this: ingametime.com. I wanted to wait until we had all 15 tracks available to us. I added F-Zero 99 today after some necessary code adjustments, let me know what you think!
We're a quiet & small group of runners, nobody can deny that. It won't look "bad" to have the 100% category there, even if you're the only one doing runs for it at the start.
In this case I also believe it makes sense to simply declare the "Complete the Mission" category our "Any%" and call it done. If anyone objects, well, speak whenever or forever hold your peace 😅
Hello there! I'm Matty, the developer of InGameTime.com, a website that pulls runs from SRC and ranks players by their IL times.
I was recently sent feedback to add Sonic Frontiers to the splits calculator page of my site, and then I saw that you've just added IL rankings! Congrats!
Do you think you / this community have an interest in being included on my small leaderboard site? In the early stages of my site, I am seeking approval from mods of their games before including them to the site.
If there is general support, I will go ahead & add Sonic Frontiers to ingametime.com. It (mostly) maintains itself, periodically collecting data from SRC to populate the leaderboard.

@ProxInDaBox if you run it, I'll make the categories. What's jet tapping? Got a vid?
Other than jet sliding, I can't think of any other exploits (since most revolve around the aforementioned). A blanket "don't do developer-unintended things" would suffice as a fallback rule imo. 😎
I've independently developed a new website that better ranks ILs, and I plan to implement more features discussed here if the site finds use.
Sorry it took me 5 months to do. I was on a job hunt! Let me know what you all think.
I don't have much to say other than I'm happy to see alternate endings being added, so thanks! I hope/plan to submit my MM runs eventually... DON'T BE A TUNA HEAD!
We can, but should we? Are they the same or different depending on clan? And are there any "autoscrollers"?
I'm developing a separate website that uses the speedrun API. I'm not ready to share details, but my intent is to independently solve nearly all of these issues.
I suggest changing the "100% Mirror" category to "100% Reverse" to better reflect the in-game menu as well as the actual tracks. You actually race the track in reverse! 😲
Side anecdote, "mirror" modes in racing games are more prominent perhaps due to course layouts being effectively unidirectional, due to gameplay, geometry, or AI. It's easier to mirror the geometry rather than "teach" the AI how to drive another "track".
Hello MechWarriors! I have added individual level leaderboards for MechWarrior 2, since several of you expressed interest! The "Mission Successful" screen shows in game time (IGT) so we're going to time runs that way. Same global rules apply (Medium difficulty, etc).
There are 32 missions in the game, and I anticipate having to watch & verify a large number of runs in waves, so please bear with me.
I'm excited to run IL's as running a ~40 category is tough for my busy life situation, and I'm sure some of you can agree.
I am teaching myself some (more) programming in order to better track / display the IGT during runs as well. My goal is to build a program that reads the memory of DOSBOX and spits out the IGT down to the hundredths (00:00.00).
Let me know your thoughts! Thanks.
Good comms PROX and jangler. I'll be adding Mission IGT IL's ASAP (this evening?).
I also plan on spending some time trying to implement an autosplitter for our Full Game runs. I was successful in making one for GoldenEye emulator runs, let's see if my confidence results in success.
As far as Medium VS Hard: None of our current runs verify difficulty, perhaps in the spirit of fairness we do so at the end of runs? (It's kinda wild we were discussing this around 3 years ago haha)
Besides the obvious spike in difficulty, is there any reason the leaderboard doesn't include an All 30 Challenges Category?
Side-note: I'm interested in running 1-15 soon! Would love to run it along with the rest of you folks playing this version.
