I edited the title of this thread, feel free to add all your IL runs here, i think for IL runs though it probably would be best to use the in game timer, cause if you select the chapter for chapter select then it will automatically stop the timer when you finish the chapter so there is no need to mess around with retiming it.
It's not allowed because it requires doing a setup prior to actually starting the run.
If you have the FPS really high then the game will 100% softlock in certain sections (i can't remember where tho) and with high FPS Issac's movement speed is significantly slower... in order to run this game optimally on PC you should turn Vsync on which will cap the FPS to 30, and as far as i am aware i don't think the FPS affects loadscreens but it doesn't really matter anyway since the game is slower and unplayable in some cases at 60FPS or above. This game does already have a load remover though but we don't use it since it's been timed RTA for a very long time but we can add an in game time option if necessary but the leaderboard time will still go off RTA.
We’re pleased to announce that we are currently working on a weekend long marathon of the Uncharted series and clone like games called: Unchartathon!
We are still working on finalising art work and other details but submissions have now opened and will remain open until 1st June 2019. All submissions are welcomed! Have an idea for a meme run? Get recording and submit it. We will consider all!
Submit your runs here: https://unchartathon.marathons.io/ Marathon date is 6th July 6:00pm BST - 7th July 2019 6:00pm
You can help by also spreading the word. Let’s make the first Unchartathon a success!
You can get rid of the DLC by getting a version of the game where the disc doesn't say extended edition on it, if you make sure your PS4 isn't connected to the internet and you use a new user then once you install the game from that disc it shouldn't be there, that's how i did it a long time ago.... but ever since i got a new PS4 that didn't seem to work so i'm not sure, you would have to try it and let me know if it works for you... but if you have the extended edition disc there is nothing you can do, you need a disc that doesn't say extended edition on it.
I merged them together because you can just filter between the versions anyway
The only moderator for Michigan: Report From Hell hasn't been online in over a month, can i be added as a mod for the game? I submitted a run over a week ago, thanks :D
We do skip a few levels but they don't save to much time cause of the setup required, let's call it 10 minutes.
But i don't understand why you need a seperate category for that if your only doing it for fun? The skips in this game only save like 5 minutes max, you are more than welcome to run the game how you see fit and then submit it to the co-op category :)
Is there even any collectibles or stuff along those lines that can be added to 100%?
It's pretty easy to downpatch the game on PC and console runners can just delete the game and reinstall it without doing the update so 1.0 is still very easily accessible so i say just leave it as is and maybe add a variable for what patch you are using, no need to seperate or add new cateogories for each patch, a variable will suffice.
I don't see a point in making a glitchless category when there isn't that many glitches in the first place.
This game should get high FPS even on low end GPU's so i'm unsure what your issue is.
As far as i am aware no, could be something else causing your FPS to be low but i have no idea what.
It's FPS related, if you get the game to a high enough FPS and the game will run significantly faster, This is why PC and Console are seperate categories.
