Run has a lot of fuckups, low 22 doable, not gonna try unless Chez overtakes me

I was doing some waste management runs and i found a bug (maybe?) no mutators or anything, here's the video watch from 2:40 to 2:50 for the thing (also sorry for the awful english im sick)
