On your run page you can click on the button with the three dots and delete it yourself.

What difficulty do you have to play on when speedrunning Sam and Wolf's VR missions in their DLCs? Does it have to be a new save file?

It has to be on a new save file. (...but do speedrun it, i'm getting kinda lonely)

I've yet to do any serious speedruns on MGR mostly because it requires you to do the polearm jumps well and I too have been wondering whether framerates are also important to perform these.
