That is a z-warp. If you check out my climb IL it is being used there . Hel Dlc out of bounds use it as well. Same goes for new category in category extensions.

Closes thing to no NG+ ILs you can get is in category extensions - samurai% ILs.

I feel like no NG+ ILs would be way to big of a hassle for moderators and runners since you would most likely need to show upgrades at the start of the run every single time, to prove that you don't have anything extra unlocked.

They are 99% are running on pc

As Ekorn said : for demo we use In game time. for full game runs we prefer if you did have auto splitter unless you are on console or if there is good reason to not use it on PC. Since re-timing runs takes a lot of time.

the run should be fine don't forget to give time when you crashed in your run submission i think the timer stopes once you close the game and it resumes once you press continue after the crash ( as long as you didn't mess with live split the live split time should be fine )

Use of Mod's are not allowed

you need to active auto splitter in Edit Splits if you hop on in the discord it might be easier to help out
