This isn't a horrible idea. Most run games have emulated category. I think what Eric is trying to get across is that some can't afford to have a legit set up.

I was wondering if I am allowed to use a Datel Freeloader to launch a JP version of Mansion. It is built into my Action Replay and was wondering if there was any rule that would void my run due to the use of such loaders.
