Not to mention the fact that it adds over 6 hours onto a speedrun that's already a day and a half long, a 40+ hour speedrun would be unreasonably long, and the SMG1 242 would be the same thing twice
watch the video. After doing this i tried it in a bunch of other places and he did the same 180 degree turn. Also tried with mario and he does the same thing. I didnt notice it until now and i was wondering if anyone else noticed this before.
btw as tight as the starbit route looks, i had almost 300 extra when i got to sweet sweet in a run today, and I only got about 50-75 extras and about 100 extra from sling pod, so i think this route is pretty doable for both 1p and 2p

i think this probably will make the space junk S route faster now, but it should be timed

Well the problem is, timings from start to finish wont be frame perfect (even with taking out frames) because people dont always split the frame they press a on file select or the frame they hit the switch to kill bowser.
