Does anyone try to run Rebecca boss fights only? Or handgun only runs?

I was very confused because I easily found the category extensions for several other RE classics and was wondering why the very original didn’t have any, but thanks to Raclesis for providing the link I can now work on submitting some runs.

Okay good to know! On arrange mode I didn’t see her at the beginning in the save room I came across her sitting with Richard, but I’ll change my route up. Is it any different if you tell her she can’t practice? Lol or does it have to be when you first see her in the save room. I really appreciate the help man 😃

Thanks for the pointers man. I got frustrated and gave Chris’s all boss run on arrange mode a try afterwards and Rebecca came in. I must be doing these incorrectly. I’m going to give it another shot tomorrow. Thanks for the info bud. 👍

Greetings everyone. I was wondering if anyone agreed with adding a couple of category extensions such as handgun only, shotgun only, etc. I’ve noticed RE2 and RE3 have them and it is quite fun to do on the original RE, and would love to see some runs and submit my own. If there already is a category extension just ignore this lol I just don’t see one. Have a good one everyone ✌️

There are other sub weapons to use defensively. I think defensive use of the knife is ok but shouldn’t be used as a weapon to slash anything. If this can happen I’ll be super excited and start running it immediately. When will it be available? No knife I think is a perfect title for it.

Let’s do this! Too many defeat birkin with knife. I’d like to see how it would go without the knife! This will be very interesting as a speedrunner myself! Let’s get it!!
