When I play a costal seed I drop to below 60 fps 1000+ dolphins on 16-32 render distance 500% entity distance (my pc specs are a Ryzen 9 5900X 64gb of DDR4-3200 and a 3060 12gb) and I normally get 300-400fps would capping my framerate help?

1. When I fullscreen and unfullscreen the turns black for a couple of seconds does anyone know how to fix this?

How do I use resource packs with MCSR ranked, I have tried to use a pack I made and it didn't work, this makes sense, but I would like to use a pack that makes the GUI a solid colour like blue but I can't, is there a way to use a resource pack other than the default and programmer art if so where can I find them?
