California, USA@Ayyyo I don't think you should be telling other people to get better times considering the fact you just said you could've gotten 63rd in sr4c. I have at least 4 il records waiting to be verified and a sr4c skips (all levels) record and I honestly don't care about the runs getting verified anymore. So I think everybody who wants their run verified should just shut up.
Edit 17 Minutes later: Just checked out your runs and there is only 4 il runs that are not even top 10 that took almost a month to verify (which makes sense). Your current sr4c run only took 2 days to verify. So I say you shouldn't even be acting like your something and telling other people to get better times and wait for their runs to be verified.
Please don't use the forums for this topic, the sr4 community has already had this discussion before in the forums like 2 weeks ago and many more before that. I get that you want your run verified but runs have already started getting verified so wait patiently for your run. Sage and Relieved have gotten all runs verified before in the past but since they have school (idk if they do other stuff) and all of that they don't have much time for verifying runs. Also there is no point of trying to get more mods or anything like that since there is enough mods on the page to have all runs be verified. Unfortunately the other mods are mostly inactive and I guess they are just here as back up in case anything happens to sage or relieved like getting sick or something. I really don't see a point of having any of the other mods here besides Ivory since he is the owner, the other mods don't really do as much verifying as sage and relieved if anything all the mods should work together but of course they won't really care enough to do that. overall there is nothing you can do but wait, I have like 3 il records waiting to be verified and 6 more runs for speed run 4 classic which have sage, relieved, and Ivory as mods but it's the same thing since the others don't do as much as them. Just wait even if it's not fair, there is nothing you can do about it since I'm assuming the mod team doesn't have time or care enough about this whole situation of not enough runs getting verified. Also PLEASE stop posting forums about runs not getting verified you cannot do anything about it, that goes out to everyone who might try to see if it does something.
@Vaxeim look at the moderators on the page do you really think there isn't enough mods for verification? Dude they can add like 10 other mods and I bet you Sage and Relieved will be the only mods verifying runs. The other mods are just here as back up ig that's what I'm assuming, just in case anything happens to sage and relieved like having an actual excuse to not verify runs the other mods are here. Also @Aithball it's speedrun.com you really think people should be getting payed for doing verification for a game on this website. If you are a backup mod then ig you're fine but why is there even inactive mods for the website if they are not even gonna verify anything, is every other mod just an inactive mod just for backup? I honestly think verification should be done every two weeks and have more mods on it so the process will be shorter and have the "work" divided equally so it won't take that much time for one person to do the whole entire queue, like 50 minutes of verifying runs really doesn't mean you deserve some sort of compensation. That is what I'm suggesting and if the sr4 mods don't care then whatever all I can say now is that if you have a run waiting to be verified don't even bother going into the forums just to bitch about it to the mods faces. At this point I think you guys should banned forums about this topic people who just want to get their runs verified asap just because sage and relieved can do it for their own runs they think it's not fine for them to wait a few weeks for their run to get verified, yeah sorry that's not how it works even if it's not fair there's nothing you can do about it.
@Vaxeim A "Friend Group" Requires 3 people or more and the only runners getting their times verified asap are just sage and relieved so I don't know anybody else that you may be talking about. Also @Quinn_Speed I'm a top runner well only for sr4c and most of my runs (idk if all of Antarctica's il runs are also been verified probably not) have not been verified so all of you need to just shut up about your runs not getting verified, the only run that I have verified is my level 9 il which was gonna turn a month old in like 3 days and I have like 9 other runs waiting to get verified which are like 1-3 weeks old lmao. Also I think the mods should discuss on maybe getting a verify runs schedule and not just having two mods do all the work. I get it it's hard trying to get this done while having school in the way as well but it just kind of fucking sucks only seeing sage and relieved verifying their own runs whenever they want. But there's nothing we non mods can do about it so yeah I suggest just dealing with it man. I think it takes one mod around 2 and a half hours if not more just to have like 100 runs getting verified so you guys also need to realize that it's a pain in the ass to straight up go through all that verifying in that amount of time plus dealing with irl stuff. But I do think all the mods should be working together and discussing the plans for this whole not verifying runs situation and how they should solve this problem the right way.
If the loads aren't different from an xbox one/s/x then it should be fine also just add for platform options every xbox one and series x and s
I think that level 0 should be removed from the level leaderboard considering the fact that it's not even in the actual speedruns another reason is that level 0 does not even have a speed pad which takes the whole entire point away from speed run 4 it's just something really useless to have.
When was the last time you played sr4, also there is different dimensions that change the texture of the level design
Okay this is actually getting annoying I'm not even a mod I'm tired of seeing people spam the same thing about their runs not being verified in a week or something just wait It's not like it's a World Record and has to be verified right away you ofc did something wrong you aren't being patient
The soft lock glitch? you can't fix it it's just a random glitch that started like a month ago I think the only way of getting out of it is by resetting yourself but the run dies soooo ig only do it while you practice the game. Idk when or if vurse is going to fix this
No there is not a actual timer for sr4 the timer for this game is really stupid most runners for this game use livesplit for runs I recommend using this as your timer, if you are doing IL's for this game you can use the game timer but in order to reset the timer you have to respawn by clicking on the level or going into a new level then spawning back into the level you want to do
