Ahoy and welcome to the world of Metamorphic FORCE, Fenny! The special attack without transformation is the most powerful and fast attack in the game! But how can that be?!, you may ask... WELL typically the special attack drains your life, thusly becoming an arcade coin drain, thusly not very practical... UNLESS you flip the 2nd dip switch on the cabinet, making the special attack FREE, which is what you must do to compete in this category. I am not sure if dip switch settings will be available on a home port, but it can easily be done on MAME! I believe the button for such a menu is typically F2? But I'm not certain at the moment.
With thy switch dipped, it will be easy to spam the grits out of that jump + attack special attack and clear out the enemies in an optimal manner!
Thanks for asking! Reach out to me on any platform if you'd like to learn more about this underrated GEM! -Carl
I used to be able to do this double boss kill pretty consistently.
Boop, boop, BAM! Used to do the trick.
Does anyone know why my 2nd Boop boop BAM isn't working on these guys in this video?
Hello. My name is Carl Delinden and I am a wizard from another dimension. And this is my introduction (4 years late) to the world of Speedrun Dot Com!
I seek out whimsical worlds to pursue their quickest defeat, though I am no expert. A journeyman embroiled in the fandom of GDQ's and wild nights of Blue Glass laughter echoing through the halls of my Cackle Keep.
Won't you join our establishment amidst The Forest of Wires?
Guide my Questiny TODAY and witness the music, grandeur, acoustic jamborees, singing dogs, goblin attacks, and yes... Speedruns! Over here, LIVE on:

I think from now on I'm going to rank by catches. "Speedrun" be darned haha. The time should always be the same. Need to give credit where it's due.
I've lowered myself to the bottom of the rankings, but... I WILL BE BACK!!!
Cue trapping training montage...
The time will always be the same. I'm going to rank people based on catches.
CrazyGoalie33, you're a legend. Great job!
This game is amazing. Anyone who plays it on that level needs respect. I couldn't sit by and have my name above you OR Worsel for that matter.
Amazing!
Woah. That score is nuts. I need to find a way to lower my time to make the capture score the real ranking factor...
I put this game here so that I could make sure it did not suffer the fate of Night Trap and have the "ending" be not touching the controller.
But let's be real, guys... This isn't about time. I want to see those captured numbers! That's impressive to me, as a fellow Double Switch player.
So, as of now, I feel that I am in 2nd place.
The new champion is 103.... Wow!
I'd love for someone to submit a completion of the game in one sitting at all.
You'll probably get a better time and score than me if you do.
I have seen completed playthroughs on YouTube with different times, and to be honest I'm not sure what causes it. It might just be the different versions of the game.
In general, yeah, the game plays out as it will. One of the reasons I wanted to plant the flag of having a run on here is because I love the game and I hated what the rules became for Night Trap, where one can submit a run by not touching the controller and just letting the worst ending kick in on the intro.
Anything but that for this game makes me happy.
But yeah, I'd judge by score if it's the same time.
