I have tried to record on first-tick with a bind to a mouse button but it did'nt records most of the GlaDoS' first dialog. I'll try to make it by opening console at first-tick. And yes, it's one of those really obnoxious ones with a couple hundred segments because I like trains (and to see what is the lowest time I can do)

Hello everyone ! I would like to make a segmented speedrun and I was looking for something to record demos. I found the SourceAutoRecord software (https://github.com/NeKzor/SourceAutoRecord/blob/master/README.md) but I don't understand how to use it. The readme is not very clear. Is it allowed ? The rules say : "Not allowed : Portal under door (in chamber 9)" Is it the same problem ? Cause, I don't shoot a portal just under the door but on a part of the ground that are visible from the begining.

Hello, I'm a new speedrunner (I started 3 weeks ago) and I got a new computer. I installed Ubuntu on it and I would like to use Source Unpack to speedrun Portal. Sadly, I can't launch it on Linux. Do you know if we can do that or if I am forced to use Windows ? Thanks for your answer.
