As a curious outsider, why not just ban pausing from IGT if it was abused so much?

we don't need every game to be like Mega Man 11's challenge mode.

So I was reading the the MP Point Farming Guide by DrRank and I have a couple of things that I don't really understand.

Your best bet is to play Party Mode (Battle Royale) on DK's Stone Statue with 30 Turns. Set the CPUs' initial difficulty to Easy, and give everyone (including yourself) a 3-Star handicap.

Handicap stars don't count toward MP points, so shouldn't you give yourself a 0 handicap? I mean, it's only 30 points lost so maybe it's no big deal. Also giving yourself 0 means you'll always be in last place meaning you'll always be picked for friendship spaces.

On the last turn, set all the CPUs to Expert

why? I've done this and never gotten any MP points for CPU difficulty so what gives?

so...uhhh...all my support tickets got "resolved" without any message tied to them explaining what they did or plan to do...

all my supports tickets say thet got resolved without a single word

So I only play this game casually, but I wanted to ask if this has happened to anyone. When playing a 30 turn party mode game (battle royale), the minigame roulette chose the game, faded to black. and just stayed black and softlocked. There is no sound, the home button still works so it's not my 3DS that crashed. Reloading the game and the saved party will play through the turn and still softlocked. After taking a break it finally worked again so I'm wondering if the cart overheated or something? it doesn't feel hot.

just wondering if anyone else experienced this black screen softlock before. In all my time owning this game for years, I've never had this happen to me until today

its more worth it for people to get comments on the actual youtube videos of the run (unless they are twitch vods in which case their are no comments i think?)

I finally figured it out, but it only works when editing something. testing this again. yeah it doesn't work here

I guess @ShikenNuggets, you could be more clear about what I do AFTER putting 2 spaces. then hit the enter/return key? or shift+return? I put 2 spaces at the end of previous line and hit enter and this happened. I put 2 spaces at the end of the previous sentence then hit shift+return and this happened.

so do i need to like use markdown and copy paste over? or is that two space trick work right on this site?

still hate that it double spaced with "enter" like...

and shift+enter (action performed here) makes it go down visually while typing but when posting forces it back up on the same line

i fucking hate this. even ruined my old list. which, funnily enough, looks correct when editing.
