A great run!

I killed the 2 enemies that Cutter otherwise would have killed on chapter 4, since you can't physically reach them to melee.

I would like if there were concrete rules set for Melee Only runs. Now its a bit of a guessing game on which enemies you are and aren't allowed to shoot based on the current rule. Some parts are not doable on Crushing, maybe we could allow some exceptions for that difficulty.

I would love to help make the rules more clear and provide video's to explain strategies for Crushing for example.

I'm planning to do all games with melee only on all difficulties in the future, but I just need clear rules.
