RNG-related stuff in Neo Turf Masters.

This is a guide to show, as far as my testing goes, how RNG-related stuff is calculated in the game.

Wind: Per-Shot (Frame-based, or the frame the next shot appears)

Grain: Per-Hole (When you input to skip the screen that visualizes the hole)

Contests: (See below)

Contests are a very strange thing to deal with. As far as I know, how it works is that the frame
you select the course, it automatically determines what holes have contests and which ones don't.

As for the actual requirement, yards for distance contests and feet/meters for the closest-to-the-pin contest,
The distance has to do with your characters distance stat, so it's possible for, for example, Frank Adams (Veteran)
to be able to win, even though he has the worst distance in the game. You will never get a 320yd contest
requirement with Frank Adams, and likewise, you will never get a contest below ~305yds with Fernando
(Power Golfer) because he has the best distance in the game.

For the contests as well, as far as my testing went, the actual value you get, while still being random,
has a range that the game chooses based on how well you're doing. If you are doing better, meaning you
get consistent birdies/eagles, no continues, etc., it chooses a farther (harder) distance for the distance contest, and
the game shortens the length required to complete the closest-to-the-pin contest.

I will edit this guide ASAP if any new evidence pops up that supports or doesn't support my theory(s).
