Right after the loading screen hit "Esc" to skip the introduction scene.
Attribute screen comes up where you have to distribute all of your points before you can close the window.
Run towards the tent.
Press „Esc“ to skip the cutscene, ignore the wolves and run away from the tent to get out of combat.
You will be brought to the tent, skip through the dialogues and leave the tent.
In the conversation with Merwin pick dialogue option 3.
Progress towards Lambert and pick dialogue 2.
Run to the old mine, destroy the cocoons with Aard and kill the Kikomore warriors in all 3 chambers.
Exit the mine and go to Kaer Morhen to talk to Vesemir.
Get down again, Igni the campfire and rest for a few hours.
Go to Lambert’s spot again and talk to Vesemir.
Pick dialogue 1, 1, 2, press „Esc“ to skip the cutscene.
Talk to Deidre, after picking dialogue 1 skip another cutscene.
Kill the magenta Archespore press „Esc“ to skip the cutscene.
Skip through the dialogue.
Press „Esc“ 2 times.
Done.

Skip through the dialogue.
Exit the jail fast enough before the attributes screen comes up.
Head to the merchant’s house and talk to the dog right next to the door.
Select dialogue option 2, use Igni and group attack to kill the dogs.
In the back of the house loot the trunk.
Leave the house and proceed to the hairy bear inn.
Go to the fistfighters with green names and duel them to a match. 
Talk to them again to collect the won coins.
Talk to Milka, when the conversation ends go to Griffarin and meditate until midnight.
Talk to Milka again and give her the ring.
Leave the inn and get the warehouse key from Drevin.
Enter the warehouse, use Aard 3 times on the wayfarer’s stone.
Kill the wraith.
Loot the trunk.
Exit through the wayfarer’s stone.
Head to the abandoned house and loot the back crate in the basement.
Exit and go to the jail.
Talk to Ralf Duben and defeat the fistfighters.
Leave the jail.
Enter Everden’s mansion and talk to him, pick dialogue 3 three times.
Then sell to him enough stuff so you have 2000 coins.
Run to Glover’s house and talk to him in the basement.
When he went up the stairs talk to him again, first choose option 1 and then 2.
Defeat all of Glover’s men.
Head back to the basement, defeat the wyverns and Glover.
Run to the jail and talk to Dandelion.
Press "Esc“ to skip the cutscene.
Done.
