That's his account, yes. I have a problem replicating the chapter 3 skip though. Did you guys manage to do it yet? Compatibility mode doesn't work for me unless I run the game windowed, but it won't skip the chapter.
katinjegat: Have you tried all of the compatibility mode options? What operating system are you on? I'm on windows 10 and all compatibility mode options except 98/ME skip chapter 3.
What I think Cr1tikal actually does wrong in this run is that he starts the timer upon spawning. I think it should be started when pressing play and entering the first loading screen because you have control over the position your character spawns in. During the other loading screens you can also initiate a movement (jumping, reloading, whatever).

Timopy I'm on windows 10 too and none of them skip chapter 3 for me. I'm not going to try to fix it anymore though, was only interested just to shit on cr1tikal's time, and you already did that for me :p Congrats on the new WR
Any idea on compatibility? I'm on win 7 and nothing skips that stupid autoscroller.Maybe it depends on something else?
Sorry for not replying, I don't get notifications for these. I have no clue what actually causes the autoscroller to get skipped since no-one plays this and I have practically no information on it other than "it might or might not work if you put it on compatibility mode"
