I'm practicing speedrun this game but I can't do some strats because the character takes some time to open the doors and I lose some time with that. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The doors do always do seem a little iffy to open at times. I find Aiming towards to corners of the doors helps but that may just be me. Also going in to the Gardin always lags for me.Look forward to see your runs soon.

I find it helps to aim a bit off center, towards the side with the doorknob, at least that's what seems to work most consistently. It's a bit weird yes but with some practice you should be able to get through without a delay most times.

As a reference I'm pretty confident that I've found that having your mouse curser slightly behind the hindge on most doors will work pretty consistantly for getting through. There are a few exceptions but thats just what i've found so far.
