Don't know exactly what counts as loading time, but I'm pretty sure this is better than the current world record since I didn't get stuck on that stump. In addition, the exact same run that was submitted for the current world record is a whole second longer in the Any% Powerups category than it is in this one, so I feel like something needs to be retimed.

Submitting this run for both Any% Powerups and Any% No Powerups since they are essentially the same for Level 1.
