I believe that I retimed this correctly, but you might want to double check.

I slowed down to do the kaizo jump, which makes it easier both to hit the kaizo jump and to climb up over the wall quickly. However, it would be faster to do the kaizo jump from the bonus block without slowing down if you can also climb up quickly afterwards. Slowing down for the kaizo jump and climbing up quickly is usually faster than doing the harder kaizo but slowing down during the climb.
