I'm planning on running all episodes, do you have to watch all the credits at the end of each epsiode without skipping or can you skip them to go straight to the next epsiode?

Yes, you will have to watch the credits from start to finish on every episode except episode 6, where the run automatically ends at the beginning of the credits there.

And to further clarify: No, these rules do not apply to single episode runs.
