Can anyone list all the skips, glitches and shortcuts in the game which save time? I know about the sky fortress one where you dash in midair and the fizz land slam bam exploit, but are there any others?

well there are a variety more glitches such as warps which have their categories but if we wish to ignore them theres: deja vu can get you out of bounds so can sprocket, flare wolf and bash can do something similar to slam bam but reaches higher,, recently it was discovered that slam bam can hover and the extents of this are still being discovered. the last thing that could help is OPinations that are used in the All Characters category there are ways to get them easiily on ps4 and wiiu but none for xbox unfortunately.
there is a route that ges the M.A.P cake parts you may have seen an older run that did do it

Re: OP PS4, it's only possible to convert the community save if you have the PAL version of the game. It cannot be re-regioned to the NTSC-U version, you'd need to grind it out yourself.
It has been decided that we need to have a consistent and easy to understand method to retime runs of this game without loads.
