I can't remember anything about the run and haven't watched it back, all i know is that i was about 30 - 35 minutes behind WR going into The Dweller of Dread fight and then i just bled time for the rest of the run.

I was after sub 7 and got it so i'm happy with the run. Maybe one day i'll come back to this and try for sub 6:30.
