These past months have been... something due to reason most of you guys know. But we move forward, and this community shouldn't die just because of one guy. Changes have been made of course, Epoli has been Lead Developper for a few months with FawkesRocks and I to work on the game.

Now here to announce that a new version of CD-R has been released along with a new Gamebanana Page!!

Now for the usual update banter:

Sonic CD Restored is a unique remaster of Sonic CD made for speedrunners by one of the first Sonic CD speedrunners; it restores all the glitchless speedrun routes from CD93 to CD11 while retaining CD11's routes as well. It restores all the missing stage sprites, palette cycles, fixes all known bugs and restores full fidelity to the BGM/SFX/FMVs. CD-R adds Amy as a playable character, Special Stage Rush, Crowd Control, a Randomizer, and implements Naoto Oshima's originally intended instant/no-load Time Warps based on his sketches, interviews, and early development screenshots.

• Added new splash screens before the title screen to represent the new project leadership, and for more Sega CD nostalgia. (Thanks to FawkesRocks for the art, Epoli for the scripting)

• Fixed a bug where Knuckles could warp below the death plane in the knuckles only section in PP1, causing a softlock. (Thanks to MelaKira and Epoli)

• Tweaked some of the colors to be normalized across the game and adhere to expected sprite pallete standards. (Thanks to Epoli)
