I'm planning on running this game soon, and saw that Fusion (the emu I usually use) is banned, and so was an emulator called "Regen." After I saw these I looked on emulatorzone and found the "Gens" emulator and was wondering; is Gens just another name for Regen?

Fusion is not banned. Read carefully :D
as oldclov said, regen and fusion are allowed. either will work fine. i recommend whichever works best with your PC / vid capture setup
