Does anyone know how the RNG works?
Seeing how in any%, the main limiter to a run's time is the RNG of items and teleporters, has anyone tried to figure out how the RNG works so that it can be manipulated for better map layouts?
You eat a bunch of children, sacrifice your blood, play the game at the very specific moon time, dance like crazy prior to the run, and then something is gonna happen.
tbh there's Saturnyoshi who re-compiled the game from the scratch(more or less), but afaik there's no real way to manipulate RNG in RoR. The game's just tremendously broken.
