##Control Tips Holding down any button other than the D-Pad will advance text automatically. In some cases, it will also choose dialog options automatically. In combat, holding down Confirm will automatically go through each characters actions after a small wait. It's slightly faster to mash, but is convenient if you don't feel like doing so. Holding down Confirm at the end of combat will automatically scroll through stat ups, drops and Tech Points gained. It's faster to mash, but getting the right rhythm for this mash can be tricky.

##Reverse Delta's Damage Calculation Reverse Delta in the remaster has a different damage calculation than in the original, one that's used for some attacks in Romancing Saga 3, where instead of utilizing the user's strength stat, damage calculation is instead based off of the last stat value used for damage calculation. Due to this, it's possible to "store" a stat value for later use with Reverse Delta as Reverse Delta doesn't overwrite the stat that is uses for its own damage calculation. What writes to the stat value that is stored is a bit inconsistent. Most normal attacks will overwrite the stat, and even Life Water will write the caster's Magic stat to the address Reverse Delta uses. Most attack magic will also write to the memory address with a big exception being Blades of Wind, which uses its own special damage calculation that is less exploitable.

##Pause Dancing & Enemy Encounters Maneuvering around enemies in tight area is done by pause dancing. What this entails is pausing after every step until the enemy you're dancing around moves into a position that will let you run by. Every type of enemy has a movement pattern, and each pattern usually has some sort of flaw or special movement baked in. Beasts and Demons will charge forward after a number of steps. Lizards and Snakes will pause for a number of steps after following you for a few steps. The important one to learn is Water Dragons, which move in a 2-1 pattern, where they two steps toward you, and then take one step in the direction that they're facing. Knowing and exploiting these flaws in enemy movement will allow you to navigate through dungeons quicker and easier, and is necessary for parts of the run where you grind Tech Points. When initiating an encounter, there's four distinct possibilities based off your and enemy's approach, a normal battle, a back attack (in your favor), a side attack, and back attack (your formation is broken). Back attacks in your favor will skip the enemy's first turn. Side attacks force the enemy's first turn to be after all your party takes their actions. Neutral and back attacks that break your formation will have the order of actions be determined normally, you just don't won't get any benefit from your formation in the case of you getting back attacked. There's no way to tell if you successfully got a back attack in your favor, so you have to do your best to judge if you got one or not based off your and the enemy's movement prior to battle.

The opening scene plays automatically.

##1st Generation - Leon, Gerard & Libra Extra encounters necessary this generation: 11

Sealed Cave Give Balm to Gerard, Bear, and James. Go to Settings and set Battle Guide Display to Fast. Leave, and return to Avalon.

Avalon Once you gain control of Gerard, exit to the town and return to the castle. Talk to Leon, exit out to the world map and go to the Watchman Nest.

Watchman Nest Head down to the 2nd floor, take the right path to the Watchmen. Try not to get into any extra encounters here, as Somon is a lot more challenging to navigate through.

vs. Watchmen & Beastmen 1st Turn: Leon casts Light Ball. Gerard and James attacks the top Beastman. Bear defends. Therese uses Sidewinder on the middle Beastman. 2nd Turn: Leon uses Double Cut and Therese uses Id Break on the top Watchman. Bear and James attacks the bottom Beastman. Gerard defends or heals anyone if necessary. 3rd Turn and onward: Leon uses Double Cut. Bear, James, Therese attacks the last remaining Watchman. Gerard defends or heals.

Get the Bastard Sword from the left path. Replace Leon's Steel Sword with the Bastard Sword. Leave the Watchman Nest and return to Avalon.

Avalon When you regain control exit out to the world map and go to Somon.

Somon Get the two chests in the fireplace on the 1st floor and the chest on the right outside the fireplace. Make sure to save before going to the 2nd floor as it's very easy to get trapped in the bottom hallway there, and very hard to get out once you get surrounded. On the 3rd floor, get the attention of the skeleton to the left, and lure it behind the staircase down before slipping past the other skeleton and proceeding forward.

vs. Kzinssie Leon uses Double Cut, and Therese attacks with her bow. Gerard, Bear, and James defends, and heals Leon when he gets damaged or heal themselves if they get knocked out. Defend with everyone the turn after Kzinnsie says, "Hah. Now THIS is great."

Avalon Answer "Yes, father." for two less lines of dialog. Once you gain control of Gerard, head to the warehouse.

Warehouse: Retrieve everything from the weapon and item categories.

Go downstairs and recruit Aries. Equipment: Remove the Mace from Aries. Replace James's Greatsword with the Mace. Replace Bear's Longsword with the Bastard Sword. Remove all his armor. Formation: Swap Therese and Aries.

Exit to Avalon's town. A total of 8 groups of Goblins need to be defeated to progress. Make sure to always side attack each Goblin. Fight the two sets of Goblins to the right, respawn them by leaving, fight them again. Leave, and then fight all 3 Goblins on the right on your final pass.

vs. Hobgoblin & Goblins Gerard uses Double Cut and Therese uses her Fleuret on the Hobgoblin. Bear attacks the bottom Goblin. James attacks and Aries casts Blades of Wind on the top Goblin. It's possible to have Gerard just target the Hobgoblin, and have everyone else target the top Goblin, but if any attack misses or gets blocked, it'll take the battle into a 2nd turn.

Once you've defeated seven Goblins, remove all equipment from everyone except for Balms, and Therese's Bow. Run into one of the Goblins at the entrance to town, and have your party be defeated.

Succession: Choose either Sagittarius or Emerald. If Emerald is the new Empress, recruit Sagittarius before proceeding.

Exit into town, run into the nearest Goblin and have your party be defeated.

Succession: Choose Libra. Recruit John, Henry, and whoever the female Court Mage is. Exit out to town and fight one last Goblin.

vs. Hobgoblin & Goblins Libra casts Blades of Wind at the Hobgoblin. John attacks and the Court Mage (F) casts Fireball at the top Goblin. Henry uses Double Stab on the bottom Goblin.

Back at the throne room, which option you choose doesn't matter. Recruit Hector.

Equipment: The female Court Mage replaces her Fleuret with a Mace. Hector replaces his two weapons with the Bastard Sword and Steel Sword and equips a Doublet and Great Shield. Libra equips a Doublet, Knuckle Covers, and Leather Greaves. John replaces his Greatsword with a Long Spear.

Fill everyone's remaining weapon slots with Balm.

Formation: Imperial Cross. Swap John and Henry. Swap Henry and Amethyst.

Exit to the world map and go to Somon.

Somon The walk through here is the same as the last time. Save before fighting Kzinssie as he can give you grief.

vs. Kzinssie Libra casts Blades of Wind each turn. Since he is your main damage dealer, his survival is priority. The female Court Mage casts Air Screen on Libra the 1st turn, attacks with her Mace at least once, and then heals with Balms or casts Blades of Wind. John heals with Balms or attacks with the Long Spear to try and learn Aim. If he learns Aim switch attacking with it. Hector tries to learn Double Cut by attacking with the Steel Sword. If he learns it, switch to Double Cut with the Bastard Sword. Henry attacks with Id Break once, and then tries to learn Aim with his Long Spear. If he fails to learn Aim before Kzinssie starting regenerating HP each turn, switch to attacking with Double Stab. Once you've done enough damage to Kzinssie, he'll attack with Soulsteal for two turns, and start regenerating 100 HP per turn. If Libra is KO'd, he won't be able to dodge Soulsteal, which will result in a wipe. John and Henry learning Aim in this battle is not necessary. Hector failing to learn Double Cut will highly impact your chances of success for the next boss battle.

Avalon Exit out to the world map, travel to South Varennes, and enter the Canal Fortress.

Canal Fortress Enter the bar, and talk to the man at the table on the right. Agree to his proposal. Exit to the world map and travel to Avalon.

Avalon Enter the weapon shop nearby and sell 4 Puissance Liquors. Exit to the world map and return to the Canal Fortress.

Canal Fortress Talk to the man at the table on the right again. Follow him to the boat, and ride it. Rush past the doors, depending on how the enemies moved, you should be clear to go around them. Enter the middle door of the first set of rooms you pass by. Open the chest on the left to get 180k Crowns. On the 2nd floor, enter the 2nd room from the left on the top of the map. Open the chest on the right to get 200k Crowns. On the 3rd floor, enter the 2nd room from the right to find the boss. Burn any extra encounters you have left before going in. You need to have run into exactly 11 extra encounters before this generation is over so that the blacksmith will offer to upgrade the right type of weapon. Any more than 11 extra encounters and you'll have to run into enough battles to loop back around again.

Refill your characters' weapon slots with Balm. Formation: Swap John and the Court Mage (F)

vs. Vicar, Lizard & Pyrorex 1st Turn: Libra casts BLades of Wind at the Lizard, John heals the Court Mage (F), the Court Mage (F) attacks with her Mace. Henry uses Id Break on the Vicar. If Hector hasn't learned Double Cut, have Henry target the Lizard with Double Stab instead. Hector attacks or uses Double Cut on the Lizard with the Bastard Sword. An ideal 1st turn has all enemies attack the female Court Mage, the Vicar confused, and the Lizard being defeated. It's possible to recover from 2 different people being targeted depending on what actions have been taken before that happens. At the very least, the Lizard needs to be defeated. If the Vicar uses Fissure Strike on the middle row, or 3 different characters end up getting targeted by attacks, then just restart the game. For the rest of the battle, finish the Vicar off first while keeping him confused and then defeat the Pyrorex. If the Vicar remains confused and Henry doesn't have Aim feel free to Id Break the Pyrorex as well. Continue having John use Balms on the female Court Mage until he runs out, then attack with the Long Spear or Aim. The female Court Mage switches to casting Blades of Wind.

51 Years should be pass by after this battle. If it's different your encounter count is off.

Succession: In order from best to worst choice, pick Side, Agnes, or a Court Mage (F) Your choice will effect the chance of the character you need showing up for the next generation.

##2nd Generation - Em-pre-ss? Extra encounters necessary this generation: 1

Avalon Once you gain control, go to the southeast room and talk to the advisor on the left to learn about the Armed Merchants.

Go down stairs and recruit the following characters based on your current Empress. Agnes: Pick up Jason, Side, and Gemini Side: Pick up Jason, and both Court Mages Court Mage (F): Pick up Jason, Side, and Gemini

Skill Dojo: Give everyone but Jason Feint. Exit to the world map, cross the river at Miramar and go to Mobelm.

Mobelm At the weapon shop buy a Crescent Blade and 8 Gothic Axes.

Equipment: Remove Agnes's Leather Armor. Jason replaces his sword with a Gothic Axe. Side replaces her Steel Sword with a Crescent Blade, and Longbow with a Fleuret. Unequip her Steel Armor. Gemini replaces his Mace with a Fleuret.

Exit out of the weapon shop, and board the boat in the harbor. Go below deck and talk to the man in the room to the left of the stairs. Ask him to help, and say "I will!"

vs. Viking Have the Empress cast Blades of Wind or use Double Cut. Jason and Side attack. Gemini casts Physic Water.

Go back up on deck and set sail.

Waterway Maze & Nuono Take the left passage and go straight down until you can't go further. Go down the hidden passage to left and then enter Nuono. Climb the stairs to the house on the top of screen. Talk to the Armed Merchant there and accept his surrender.

Avalon Don't build the magic research facility yet. Go to the blacksmith and develop a new Axe. Exit to the world map, and go to Mobelm.

Nuono & Mobelm Climb the stairs to the house on the top of the screen and recruit Henrique. Enter the pub, and talk to the old man to learn about Miles.

Journey to the East Make sure not to run into any encounters. Enter Miles, and leave through the right entrance to the Steppe. Travel south and enter the the Nomad Village. Enter the central tent and talk to the chief, decline and exit out to the Steppe. Leave to the southeast and enter the Savannah. Leave the Savannah through the southeast exit to enter Salamat. In Salamat, watch out for the birds while heading to the south exit to get to Eirunep.

Eirunep & Shrine Go through northeast exit to get to the shrine. Equipment: Remove everything but Henrique's Gothic Axe and Leather Guard. Fill everyone's weapon slots with Balm. Save and fight the Guardian.

vs. Guardian The goal here to learn Reverse Delta, and ideally Dimensional Break and Echo Blade while you're at it. Have Agnes, Side, and Court Mages use Feint each turn while Jason and Henrique attack with their axes. If every Feint misses on the first turn, just restart. The Guardian will always use Poison Mist on the 1st turn and it's not possible to survive it. After the 1st turn, the Guardian will mainly use single target attacks with a small chance to use Poison Mist again. If you fail to stun the Guardian have Gemini use Life Water on whoever got hit. If one of the characters who uses Feint gets taken out, have one of your Jason or Henrique use their Balm instead if you want to play as safe as possible. If Jason or Henrique learn Time Lapse have them switch to using that rather than just attacking. If you've learned Time Lapse and Dimensional Break, feel free to retreat, restore any SP you might have used with a Natural Essence (Move it to the top of your inventory), save and fight the Guardian a second time for Reverse Delta. This will count against your single extra encounter for this generation.

Journey to Teruteva Once you've learned Reverse Delta, retreat, and go back to the Savannah and exit out the southwest entrance to Bihara. TAlk to the woman on the east side of Bihara to access it through the world map. Leave Bihara through the south exit to get to the desert.

If you haven't learned Dimensional Break yet, back attack a red snake and try to learn it. If you have Cut Timber, use that instead of using a regular attack. This fight will count towards your one extra encounter for this generation. It's possible to try and learn Dimensional Break at the Hellhound fight, this is not recommended however.

Teruteva & Tower Talk to the lady to the left until night falls. Enter the middle tower, and climb to the last floor. Getting past the Hellhound's two guards can be tricky. If you still have the extra encounter for this generation use it here to make it past them. Otherwise, save, get their attention and try to pause dance until they move so that you have a clear dash to the Hellhound.
Once you get next to the Hellhound, move your Natural Essences up to near the top of your inventory, restore any SP you might've used, save, and pick a fight with the Hellhound.

vs. Hellhound Agnes, Side, and the female Court Mage use Feint. Gemini uses Life Water on whoever has Dimensional Break. Whoever has Dimensional Break uses it. If Dimensional Break fails to work, either reset if you have save or just slowly pick away at its HP with your axes users and Empress.

Succession: Choose Gama If Gama is not available pick one of the characters from highest priority to lowest: Heavy Infantry or Mercenary (F), then Ranger (F).

##3rd Generation - Game Extra encounters necessary by the end of Gemstone Mine: 4 If your current Emperor is not Gama, go to the Goblin Hideout. Once there, unequip all armor on the Emperor, save, get into a battle, and be defeated. This will count against your extra encounters for this part of the game. If Gama isn't in the list of characters that can become Emperor, restart the game and try again.

Avalon Recruit Harry, William, Hippolyta (Get 2 Rangers if she's not available), and Kygnus. Learn the Rapid Stream formation.

Formation: Rapid Stream. Skills: Remove 3 skills from Gama. Equipment: Replace everyone but Kygnus's first weapon with Gothic Axes.

Skill Dojo: Give Reverse Delta and Echo Blade (if available) to Gama. Give Dimensional Break to everyone but Kygnus.

Exit to the world map and travel to Nibel.

Nibel Get a drink at the bar. Talk to the men on the left and declare who you are. Exit to the world map and enter the Fiends' Cloister.

Fiends' Cloister Depending on how the lizards and demons have moved around the room with the first boss can be very tricky to get through. To get access to the boss here, lure away the slimes here to the right before going around them. Make sure to at least save 1 extra encounter to get past the fast lizards in the Gemstone Mine.

vs. Gelatinous Matter Every axe user uses Dimensional Break. Kygnus casts Life Water.

Proceed onward to the fight the 2nd boss in this cave. If any character has run out of SP, heal with a Natural Essence.

Nibel Go to the bar and talk to the old man on the right. Exit to the world map, and travel to Tefal.

Tefal Talk to the man by the entrance to unlock the Gemstone Mine. Exit to the world map, and travel to the Gemstone Mine.

Gemstone Mine Get the 90k Crowns in the room in the northwest corner of the 1st floor. Get the 70K Crowns in the room in the southeast corner of the 1st floor. If you don't have any extra encounters to burn, make sure to avoid getting caught when getting the gems. If any character has run out of SP, heal with a Natural Essence.

vs. Lizards Every axe user uses Dimensional Break. Kygnus casts Life Water.

Avalon Go to the blacksmith and develop a new Axe. Exit out to the world map and go back to the Gemstone Mine.

Gemstone Mine Go to the room that's behind where you fought the Lizards and pick up the 3 gems for 280k, 190K, and 220K Crowns. Leave and go to Tefal.

Leave and return to the Saigo Village.

Saigo Village Talk to the child by the entrance. Exit out to the world map and travel to Mu Tundra.

Mu Tundra Offer to help the Saigo. Exit out to the world map and travel to Mu Tundra.

South Oubliette Hop over the crevasses, and watch for enemies while doing so.

vs. Lizards Every axe user uses Dimensional Break. Kygnus casts Life Water.

Leave, and re-enter and open the left chest by the entrance to get 110k Crowns. Leave and return to the Saigo Village.

Mu Tundra Save and talk to the Saigo Clansman.

Succession: Choose either Harfagre or Ulysses If neither are available restart the game and try again.

##4th Generation - Harfagre or Ulysses Avalon Exit out to the world map and go to the Nazelle Strait.

Nazelle Strait You can avoid the octopi here by opening the menu, halting your movement temporarily. If you can get the timing down, pausing on a crack in the ice will allow you to change directions. This saves about 6 seconds over traversing the strait normally. Exit to the south and go to the Mu Habitat.

Mu Habitat Talk to the old man directly south of the entrance to unlock the Gelid Ruins. Talk to the Saigo Clansman. If you're Ulysses, decline recruiting him to get the Saigo to migrate, and then recruit Harfagre. Exit out to the world map and travel to the Gelid Ruins.

Gelid Ruins Enter the right door on the bottom floor. Open the chest there for 250k Crowns. Leave and travel to Mobelm.

Mobelm Buy 4 Great Axes. Sell 2 Puissance Liquor after you buy the 1st three. Exit out to the world map and return to Avalon.

Avalon Recruit Audrey, Ulysses if you're Harfagre, the female Court Mage and Aries. Skill Dojo: Give everyone Feint and Dimensional Break and Reverse Delta to everyone but Aries..

Go upstairs to the warehouse. Warehouse: Retrieve all the Fleurets, from the bottom of the armor category, get everything up to the Knuckle Covers. Get everything from the item category as well.

Go and sit on the throne. Don't build the Orchard. Go and sit on the throne again and then pause 3 times. Build the Magic Research Facility.

Formation: Rapid Stream Equipment: Equip everyone but Aries with a Great Axe. Give everyone a Fleuret. Replace the Emperor's armor with a Leather Guard, equip the Somon Ring and a Doublet. Give everyone but Aries a Leather Guard. Replace Ulysses or Harfagre's armor with a Leather Guard, equip a Doublet. Unequip Audrey's Steel Armor. The female Court Mage equips a Leather Guard, a Silver Ring. Aries equips a Great Shield and Leather Greaves. Fill everyone's weapon slots with Balm.

Exit to the world map, travel to Bihara and enter the desert.

Melu Desert Extra encounters necessary by Rocbouquet's defeat: 3

Fight a combination of 2 Red Snakes, 1 Yellow Snake, 3 Red Snakes or 1 Red Snake, 1 Yellow Snake, and 4 Red Snakes. Make sure to back attack at least the 1st snake you fight so you can safely store Aries's Magic stat for use with Reverse Delta. It's a good idea to back attack every snake though as Reverse Delta can miss. Once you're out of snakes that you need to fight return to Bihara and re-enter the desert to respawn them. Heal your SP about every 2 battles with a Natural Essence.

vs. Sandbiters and Duneworms Have everyone that can use Reverse Delta. Make sure to attack with the female Court Mage. Aries casts Life Water.

Once you're done fighting all 6 snakes, heal your SP, and return to Eirunep, and enter the tower there.

Eirunep Tower Climb up the tower, fighting all the enemies in the way.

vs. Balcony Enemies If your emperor has Echo Blade, use that. Everyone else uses Dimensional Break. Aries casts Life Water. If 3 or less enemies are in a battle, have axe users other than the Emperor queue up Reverse Delta.

Save before entering the bottom floor, as it's easily possible to be surrounded. Try and lure the nearby cultist to a place where you can maneuver around him, and then make a break for it.

vs. Ruffle Tree Everyone but Aries uses Dimensional Break. Aries casts Life Water.

Move forward, burn any extra encounters you still have, restore your party's SP, swap Ulysses or Harfagre with the Court Mage (F) and save. Talk to Rocbouquet and say that you'll help. You'll be taken to the Guardian at the Eirunpe Shrine. Save in a separate slot for safety.

vs. Guardian Everyone uses Feint the 1st turn. On the 2nd everyone defends. If the Guardian uses Poison Mist there's not much you can do about it other than try again. On the 3rd turn, retreat. If your Emperor got hit by a physical attack on the 2nd turn, have two characters use Feint, and the other two character use Balms on the Emperor. Retreat the next turn, and reload your save in front of Rocbouquet.

Talk to Rocbouquet and refuse to help this time.

vs. Rocbouquet Everyone uses Reverse Delta, and Aries casts Physic Water. If Rocbouquet uses Temptation or Blades of Wind, all you have to do is repeat the 1st turn and you'll win. If Rocbouquet did anything else and overwrote the Guardian's strength stat you were using this battle will take a bit longer. Have Aries heal whoever got hit by Rocbouquet with Life Water, and then switch to using Physic Water on Harfagre or Ulysses on future turns, and everyone who is able to should use Reverse Delta. Anyone who runs out of SP should switch to using Balm.

Avalon Exit to town, and head left to the Magic Research Facility. If your Emperor knows Hydrology, go and teach him Fireball. Teach Entangle to the female Court Mage.

Exit to the world map and travel to Eirunep, and enter the shrine.

Eirunep Shrine vs. Guardian If you don't have the Guardian's strength stored, save, get the Guardian's strength stored again, retreat, reload and do the fight. Turn 1: Have everyone use Feint. The female Court Mage casts Entangle instead. Turn 2: Have everyone use Reverse Delta. Aries uses Feint. Turn 3: Have everyone use Reverse Delta, Aries casts Physic Water.

Head through the teleporters into the shrine proper. Once you have a choice of which teleporter to take, go through the left one, and then the right one. Enter the teleporter in front of you to unlock the Sunken Tower.

Sunken Tower Formation: Swap Ulysses/Harfagre with the Court Mage (back to their original positions) Heal your SP to full.

Go down to the floor with the Water Dragons. You'll be fighting at most 50 of them. You'll need to back attack the 1st six Water Dragons. Once you're done with those six, you can start encountering Water Dragon anyway you want, as long as your formation isn't broken. When you need to restore SP, make sure to use at least 2 Natural Essences to do so. 3 nearing the end of the grind. Once the female Court Mage has Lv. 22 Terrology and Aries has Lv. 32 Hydrology or you've defeated 50 dragons you can leave.

vs. 1st 6 Water Dragons Turn 1: Everyone uses Reverse Delta. Aries casts Physic Water. Turn 2: The female Court Mage casts Entangle instead of using Reverse Delta.

vs. After 25 Water Dragons Turn 1: The Emperor, Audrey, and Ulysses/Harfagre uses Reverse Delta. The female Court Mage casts Entangle, Aries casts Physic Water.

Once the female Court Mage has Lv. 22 Terrology Turn 1: Everyone but Aries uses Reverse Delta. Aries casts Physic Water.

As you're leaving, heal everyone's SP to full. When leaving, on the floor where you cross the pits, you want to traverse the room on the 1st cycle possible. Any later, and the angel will catch you on the last cable even if you avoid the bird. Leave to the world map and return to Avalon.

Avalon Go to the Magic Research Facility. Have everyone learn Stone Shower and Hasten Time. If you've lost track of how many extra encounters you've run into at this point, go and check at the 2nd floor of the castle. If you fought 50 dragons, and haven't run unintentionally into any extra encounters, you should be at 142 battles. Exit to the world map and travel to Teruteva.

Wandering Lake The Wandering Lake can be found in each screen of the Melu Desert. It's exact location and if it's a mirage or not is determined by the number of battles fought. If you're at the expected number of battles fought, the Wandering Lake can be found in the screen west of Teruteva. If you're 2 or 3 battles over the expected number, the Wandering Lake can be found southwest of Teruteva. Any higher and you'll have to scour the desert for it.

vs. Noel Everyone that can uses Reverse Delta. Aries casts Hasten Time, and then on the 2nd turn casts Stone Shower.

Mu Tundra Talk to the Saigo Clansman to learn about the missing child and calf. Leave and go to the Child & Mu Calf cave.

Child & Mu Calf Follow the sound of crying.

vs. Dantarg Everyone that can uses Reverse Delta. Aries casts Stone Shower. This fight takes two turns, but since Stomp doesn't overwrite the last stat used, you don't need to cast Hasten Time.

Heal everyone's MP to full. Leave the cave, ignoring the child.

Miles Talk to the guy wandering around town, and accept his offer. Observe the monsters.

Landship Once you regain control go and fight the guard.

vs. Landship Guards The Emperor, Ulysses/Harfagre, and Audrey defend. The female Court Mage and Aries casts Stone Shower.

Once you're upstairs go through the double doors south of you, and head upstairs. Fight the guard standing in the way in the room to the south and go down the southwest staircase. Avoid the snakes and demons and go upstairs twice.

Equipment: Equip everyone with Great Axes. Check to see if Franklyn has Hasten Time while you're in the menu. Formation: Set to Rapid Stream. Swap Arinbjorn and Hercules.

Exit to town and go to the Magic Research Facility. Teach Hasten Time and Gilden Strength to everyone but the Emperor. Exit out to the world map and travel to Mobelm.

Mobelm & The Frozen Sea Get on the ship and set sail. Make sure not to get surrounded by the fish here. Exit to the southwest to find Subier.

vs. Subier Everyone uses Reverse Delta.

Avalon & Sealed Cave Once you gain control exit out of Avalon and travel to the Sealed Cave. Head north to find a new staircase down. Head south immediately past the two plants, going down again. Head southwest, running alongside the island with the stairs down. If the octopus is still blocking the way, lure away and go down. Travel south past all the undead to find a staircase up. Continue forward to find Kzinssie.

vs. 3 Undead Encounters Have the Emperor cast Stone Shower each battle. If the 2nd battle is versus a Nosferatu switch to Reverse Delta. Everyone else uses Reverse Delta.

vs. Kzinssie Turn 1: The Emperor casts Hasten Time. Everyone else uses Reverse Delta. Turn 2: Everyone uses Reverse Delta.

Avalon Exit out to the world map, cross the Nazelle Strait and enter the Snowdrifts

Snowdrifts & Den of Umbrage Head south and find the cave with the entrance to the Den of Umbrage. On the floor with the appearing crystals, instead of going all the way around, head up the middle staircase, get the crystal blocking your way forward to appear. Save, return to the title screen and reload to get past it.

vs. Wagnas Turn 1: Arinbjorn casts Hasten Time. Everyone else uses Reverse Delta. Turn 2: Everyone uses Reverse Delta.

Go straight into the final battle.

vs. The Seven Heroes Everyone but the person casting Hasten Time uses Reverse Delta. Turn 1: Arinbjorn casts Hasten Time. Turn 2 & 3: Grace casts Hasten Time. Turn 4 & 5: Franklyn casts Hasten Time. Turn 6 & 8: Hercules casts Hasten Time. Turn 8: Everyone uses Reverse Delta.
