#Foreword These are just the old guides from back when the route was developing way back when. The Any Version guide covers some of the stuff we did before Cooking Glitch came along, and the JP guide is before we figured out the advanced skips. I've left these here for the sake of it, as it'd be rather rude to just delete them
Main Guide (Any Version - Pre-Cooking Glitch)
Although these notes are extended from DezertPenguin's notes on Anwonu's WR run, I have some various small tricks included as well as an extensive coverage of how to run the game in general. People wanting to try the run should hopefully have an easy time picking up the basics with this guide, and perhaps the veterans of the run will find some interesting bits in it. The first run I've uploaded has plenty of mistakes in it, so this route has room to improve.
Due to its size, I have it hosted on Google Docs. Feel free to add comments if you want, I'll check back on it from time to time. Here is the link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/15iMt2WoWHmBuMuPoikRd3k7f8hNHRK-b9Vs3B1sZ8DQ/edit?usp=sharing
I'll be experimenting with it from time to time, and I'll keep this updated with it.
Short Guide
For extra reference, here is a copy of the checklist/shorter guide: Day 1:
- Go through intro.
- Pick up all branches on farm, medicinal herbs, and antidote grass.
- Start tilling, grab bottle from Mist’s house.
- Till tiles until you pass out Day 2:
- Sell branches, bamboo shoot, and Radish Seed to Edward (exit/reenter).
- Get potion
- Till remaining tiles of 100
- Get Carmite cave pass
- Go to Leo’s and get broadsword
- Run in and start tilling?
- Sleep at house for safety, not required Carmite Cave:
- Progress through, hit level 4 and sleep in bag before entering the bossfight.
- After winning, if sealed, go ahead and till some squares (out of 50)
- Finish tilling 50 tiles in Carmite as soon as possible. Sleep to Summer 26 Summer 26
- Immediately go talk to Godwin, take the poisoned shortcut through cave (ants).
- Win, take the wood, cure poison, sleep until tomorrow. Summer 27
- Pick up wood from your shed until 8:50 (Alternately, pick up only about 90 wood and spend the rest of the time tilling the squares in Carmite; is riskier as you’ll have less room to manage if you take damage)
- Talk to Camus, sell gathered wood, get shed
- Talk to Tabatha, get Friendship Glove
- Get bottle downstairs (far right corner)
- Get the Toros Cave pass from Godwin
- Sell broadsword, by Long sword from Leo
- Talk to Leo and get hammer
- Get potions filled at Ed’s Toros Cave:
- Clear Toros cave up to the wolf, sleeping in bag if necessary
- Get wolf, Escape back
- Refill on potions if necessary Greed Cave:
- Take out wolf, Start Glitch through entrance of Greed Cave
-
Lead enemies from shifts and break them using wolf attacks
- Invincibility Glitch with fairy.
- Beat Grimoire/Terrable (Save potions for this step)
- Talk to Godwin and go to Sechs Border.
- Time is when Raguna’s dialogue pops up.
Main Guide (JP Version - Cooking Glitch, but pre-Zone Pass without Wolf)
Hey again! I'm back with another guide for Any% Glitched, but specifically with the routing involving JP only techniques (Cooking Glitch, basically). This is a WR competitive guide based on my WR run, everything discussed in the thread "New Route Notes Are Up!", and is mostly a modified version of my old guide. The other route will be updated and maintained every once in a while as the route that any version can run. The Cooking Glitch guide has been moved here and at the bottom. to be in a place more appropriate.
Due to size, it is hosted on Google Docs as was the other one. Find it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AlT_HcN2zcEoPzZmp7MjhivsKyIbgzLETceepdwgvhw/edit?usp=sharing

Cooking Glitch Guide
Although this is covered in the above guide, I went ahead and made a simple, narrated and captioned video tutorial for it. So if you want an explanation or you just wondered what I sound like, go ahead and take yourself a look:
All Bosses has recently dipped below 40 minutes thanks to a run by none other than Suittyo! This is faster than an Any% run back when we had to go tame wolves for noclip. It's still rather eye-opening to see how changed the game is now with each run.
People used to complain about the run being long
