Battle Game added for PC

We've added PC as an option using the Battle Game mod found here: http://aydanwatkins.x10host.com/
Since this has its own timer on the screen, we are not requiring the use of LiveSplit or an SRT to display IGT. You can find submissions for the Battle Game under the Level Leaderboard.

It has come to our attention that the current version of Duckstation (v0.1-7675) runs considerably slower than earlier versions.
