Since I submitted my previous blacksite run, I've been occasionally searching for seeds which allow the breach charge strat to work at full potential. I couldn't find any with the commander in an optimal position so I gave up and ended up using the WR seed again.

Also, while running this, I realized that Rose, the invincible prisoner herself, is a high source of RNG. The time she takes to move and/or open things will vary each time, potentially even giving you up to 20 seconds of delay. It's impossible to notice, but it is an RNG factor that all of the top runs are lucky with.
