-PAL Disc on PS2 scph 90004 (slim PAL ps2) with fast disc speed ~13s
-PS3 Download version ~13s
-Emulator ~12s
-PSTV ?
-PSVITA ?
There are about 50 loading screens in an any% run, so even a one second difference will end up being a big time saver/loss. Please use the PS3 download version if possible, as it is very cheap on the Playstation Store so most people with a PS3 have access to it.

Also, use epsxe as the emulator.
