Anyone else notice all of the top runs are on Android? I’m convinced I’ve timed that 8-hit-into-uppercut combo perfectly at least once, and best I get is a massive reduction in the health bar, and IF he goes down a hit later, he’s up at the 9 count.
I’m probably off by a framerate or two, but is it different for iOS?
I’ll run the tape... errrr screencap a few times and see. If I think it should have worked and didn’t, I’ll msg you the link.
I wonder if we’ll have to separate ‘droid and iOS. My Android phone is super old, or I’d test both sides of the theory.
2nd fight. Am I serious off by that many ms? I’m usually a much better study than this.
@OldManGamer (from another old man gamer). The TKO mechanic is subject to a ton of RNG so the existing runs were all the product of grinding for a long time with the same start combo until getting the luck needed for an immediate TKO. I don't think it's a platform issue or your being off on your timing.
Godchueco mentioned the MSD (Mobile Speedrunning Discord). In that discord every two weeks or so we vote for a game/category to compete at for about a week, and chose PF (easy exhibition) the time before last. It was a good one as the dev joined the discord and ran through a lot of the coding with us and did some number-crunching etc. Would be great if you could join us at https://discord.gg/F2fJjUg
"Anyone else notice all of the top runs are on Android?" Not only the top runs are on Android, but bot runs are too. Actually all runs except for yours are made in Android. And about the "8-hit-into-uppercut combo" I can promise you I've landed it perfectly at least 10 times (probably more) plus hundreds of nearly perfect combos and still in the 4th place. RNG is a really key factor in this game and you need to be resetting during hours to get a top time, platform doesn't affect at all
