Since Don Quixote always uses the same character as you and Speed doesn't have good anti-airs I decided to use his weaknesses against him. She is extremely dominant when her opponents are in the corner and the aerial version of her Kick Attack can be done from the ground (like Tiger Knee) and be plus. This allows her to reliably pressure the opponent generating large amounts of plasma in combos and blockstrings while preventing opponents from generating plasma as well. Note that if your opponent has 1 special bar full, the chance of you dying is extremely high. Despite these advantages, execution is much more difficult than the other characters and you may have problems in the first battle against Gong. Max probably is a simpler option if you can handle his dps in the last battle.

All of that said under 40 is probably doable and maybe I'll keep running this game until then.
