Just wanted to ask the active players in this category, what they want to count as course conditions? In my opinion, it should be green speed, green firmness and fairway firmness as they are the only things that affect the condition of the course, however, there are other conditions such as wind speed and time of day, which don't affect the condition of the course but come under the conditions tab, so I was wondering if we are able to change this to settings other then default

I agree, with the addition of the longest tees. Wind speed has been confusing for individual levels because it started out being left on default, then was set to none for the Scottsdale records in September and with most of my current ones. I think it's safe to assume that wind speed can be set to none in the future. All the remaining conditions probably don't affect time or the way the course plays.
