Sub 18:30, another big milestone! Just went live to practice this for a marathon, and two hours later I brought my PB down by 30s over 3 separate PBs. At the beginning of that stream I had an SoB of 18:32, two hours later my PB was an 18:29.
Run was very clean, deathless, 2-2 canless and I got both truckskips. Overall I think this run is really close to my current skill ceiling. But I know that I can still squeeze a few seconds out of it.
