i modded a ps1 classic to play parappa. is that legal for runs? i downloaded the file off of vimms lair, and it is running on project eris. (also another question: am i the first person in this speedrunning community to use a ps1 classic? im wondering.)

I would imagine that as long as the PS1 Classic plays like the hardware speed-wise and otherwise (loading, lag, etc), I can't see why it wouldn't be allowed, especially for this game since it's not hardware-intensive. That said, I'm not a mod so what do I know, but that's just my 2 cents...

I hope you can find a way to play it. This is a great speedrun!
