There are now boards and support for reloaded coop in our speedrunning plugin SAR! All you need to do is update to the latest pre-release (1.13.0pre1) and setup your splits the same way you would a single player run.

All runs that are in the top 25 are now required to be submitted with demos. All runs that currently do not fall under this rule will be grandfathered in.
Videos are still enough for runs underneath that top 25 threshold.
