Probably because hardly anyone runs on console. Lack of demand. Even on any%, there are only 2 runs that happened less than a year ago.
as far as I've seen, unless the no oob run has changed the only thing you can't do on console is load warps.
Nothing's stopping you from running it. If enough people run it, it will be easy to make the argument that there should be a board split for it.
Any% is the only category that had separate leaderboards because it was the only category that had any console runs and because there's enough differences between console and PC that I decided to make it its own category. When All of the runs were combined every console run was at the bottom of the board except for one that was in 32nd place that beat only 2 PC runs.
I'll add console separate categories if you actually do console runs for those categories. @sandyX just did No OoB console so I added that.
