The maximum fps limit has been reduced from 240 to 120.

All newly submitted runs must have their fps limited to a value of at most 120 and the current fps value must be displayed in the video.

The only current record with >120 fps is No Flying All Chapters in 23:10. As the 2nd best time is a lot slower, it will remain as it is currently until a comparable run with <= 120 fps gets submitted.
