The most recent release of ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix has been shown to have unfair advantages over an unmodified install. Therefore we decided to ban certain options in the .ini file to bypass the issues. Advantages range from different menuing speed, up to a 1.5 second faster transition from the post race screen. Take a look: This happens due to having FPSLimit (or SimRate as its called in other blackbox nfs) set to -1 in the widescreen .ini file. You can get rid of this by setting it to 0, which will disable all frame time patches. THIS IS NOW REQUIRED IN THE RULES (!) Runs that don't have the listed options disabled will be REJECTED. A preconfigured widescreen build has been linked in the Resources tab at the bottom. It is recommended as it's based on an older version that lack most of the features that could compromise the legality of your runs. Link: https://www.speedrun.com/nfsu2/resources
