Enforcer was a dumpster fire because the game didnt register my backdash on the shockwave which caused everything being off when it came to dash movement in phase 1. The death in 1-1 is on purpose. When you enter the level and instantly kill yourself the game gives you a pity shield which takes it out of the upgrade pool. You lose ~3 seconds but usually make up for them towards the end which hopefully makes world 1 a bit more consistant. Also SCREENFLIP GLITCH!!!
