Why have 3 Categories if using IGT?

Just wondering why we have a category for PS4, Xbox One, and PC if we are using In Game Time on the Leaderboards? Wasnt the point of having 3 different categories was because we were using Real Time before? Not really complaining just wondering why and if it will be changed back to 1 leaderboard or stay as 3 separate categories.

If it stays as 3 categories i will def try to run Xbox One (and maybe PC categories) in the future.

Hey @Tyler_Ry74

So, the main reason for separating all platforms is to avoid any kind of discrepancies they can have, for instance, the Story Mode is timed via RTA, which displays a huge difference between platforms such as framerate and loading times to skip cutscenes. Also, one of the ideas to readjust the leaderboard this way was to make it look similar to the rest of the MK Series Leaderboards, so we can standardize everything in one single format. At one point i've also considered adding additional variables such as console version (PS4 Slim, PS4Pro, etc.) and Hard Drive Type (HDD, SSD) but i don't think it's necessary for now. The Leaderboard will stay like this.

After every fight the IGT is shown on the bottom left side of the screen and can be seen until Shinnok's fight transition. The way the IGT works is quite simple, it only counts the time that has been spent during both rounds, so let's assume you took a fight against Shinnok, the default time for 1 round is 90 seconds, and all 3 rounds (also counting the Corrupted one) of the fight finished at 75, then the IGT becomes (90 - 75) x 3 = 45 + the IGT the game had already counted before the fight. This has been tested and analyzed multiple times to asure that is an accurate method.
