I'm using CocoaMSX, and the only Systems that I can run are the CBIOS, or the Panasonic A1WX system. I couldn't get the A1WSX to be installed for any reason.

You probably want to try openMSX, which can be found at https://openmsx.org and has a MacOS version. I don't know enough about CocoaMSX to be of assistance.
