To find the Meat Boy save location, search your computer for "vertigo.sol". Make sure to have Flash Player the default app for opening flash files.

AutoHotKey

AutoSizer is very useful for running Meat Boy, especially resetting. I have it resize Flash Player to 614x1080, which seems to not have many graphical bugs. I also have it center the Flash Player window, which is helpful for streaming but not necessary.
