i found an way how to Downgrade the Minecraft Wii U. There are 2 Methods .Im not sure that the first method work but you can try it out.

1 Method:

You need to Homebrew you Wii U and you need to pay money for a DS Virtual Console Game to Work.

You need the Homebrew apps : Haxci , Wup Instaler GX2 and a Way to backup you Gamedata. Ingame Purcases you can just redownload in the EShop

The Way ist that you are using USB Loader,Helper how its caled.

You Uninstall all things in the Minecraft Wii U in System Settings

Since you Instaling Minecraft Wii U you can couse betwen versions. And instal it on Wup Instaler GX2.

And you have it Fanily.

Ohh dont forgot: I AM NOT TAKING THE FAULT IF YOU CONSOLE IS BRICKED. SO DO IT AT YOU OWN RISK.

Here are some Infos: The DS Game that you Using for Haxci you cant no longer be played! And all Gamedata wil be asso removed! You can find a lot of Tutorials on YT and USB helper or loader is used to aculy lailbreak you Console seach for it. CBHC (Cold Boot Haxci) dosent to be instaled you can use Haxci for it. You need evry time you want to play an older Version of Minecraft Wii U you need to start Haxci fist. CBHC you dosent need to start evrytime you boot you Wii U but you have a bigger risk bricking you Wii U.

2 Method:

So that method is simple by deleting the Update Data. You can acces only Horses or Boinfol Update so there isnt the Elytra Update. Depending on you way how you have the game you get the version. So you get the Horse Update if you have Digital. And the Boinful Update if Disk (Not 100% sure because i didnt own disk version).

So that was it for now.

I can confirm that the disc version does bring you to Bountiful and whenever I delete the Update data, it refuses to let me play the game unless it is updated so I go with factory resetting.
