The basic strategy is Gambling Hall. It goes like this:

1. rush Gambling Hall: Marketplace, Inn, Rogue's Guild, Elven Bungalow
2. gamble the max amount until either reaching 20k+ or restarting
3. use 20k to build a beefy economy with 3 level 3 Marketplaces
4. barbarian smash

This strategy could be improved by:

1. gambling up to 40k-60k and not bothering with an economy
2. exploring the map more aggressively
3. building wizards to help deal with golems

It's also pretty annoying to run since 80-90% of perfectly fine runs end from losing it all to Gambling Hall.
