what time is a mermaid license?

@thenesmaster he means like Ninja License in Gaiden is Sub 12:30, theres a similar license in Batman on the NES.

If i had to set it i'd say 7:30 it's doable but still hard enough you'd have to grind for it.

The point it gets hard like a Ninja License would be like sub 7:10 its hard but doable without the craziest amount of grinding

So if this were something to consider, would splitting it down the middle at 7:15 or 7:20 be about right?
