Recently the runner KeiKayGaming submitted 2 IL runs for the snes version which reminded me of the issue we had once before with the leaderboard placements of IL runners/runs. The important thing here is that one timing method preffrence is set game-wide, for Lemmings its RTA time since the main runs are done in RTA timing, however IL runs use IGT timing, which is not the "preffered" method, therefor any run that submits IGT but not RTA will be placed worse than any run that has RTA submitted no matter how slow the actual run is.

NOTE: there might be more IL's with this issue, these are just the ones i know of. TX4 being the first time this issue has happened.

RECOMENDATION: Mods verifying IL runs should make sure that the time is always in IGT, if the time is givin in RTA, retime and and make sure its in IGT, when someone gives their time in the RTA field, just put it in the IGT field and write it in a quick mod note that IL times should be done in IGT.
