After 10+ hours and a year and a half of not getting this optimized (while also barely trying, tbf), I finally got a perfect run. (You have to wait by that first spring for a few seconds or else you will get killed by an enemy or a laser at the portal).

Also, I while I stopped the timer a little too late, if you slow down the video I do obviously beat the level at 54.
